Black and white photograph of President J.F. Kennedy (10 1/2"x 13") with mat(18"x14.5")This picture was hanging at Dr. Najjar's office in the Ministry of Health as a Senior U.S. Advisor in 1962. Protocol dictated the display of the American President and the Emperor of Iran, flanking the flags of the two countries and the emblem of cooperation in the midst. The Iranian Ministry of Health and the University of Tehran requested through the Department of State that he return to Tehran for a second tour. |
